Summary of Meeting held 20 October 2008
The aim of this meeting was to collect in the fund raising monies that had not yet been paid in and to set up a small manageable committee to plan the kit and equipment needed for the tour. From this whole group meeting, a Kit Committee was set up with two representatives from each year, one from each sport.
Several payments from September were still outstanding.
